REFUNDS
We have a policy of no-refund once an item has been purchased. Please check that you want to purchase the item before completing your purchase. Once you have purchased an item it will be processed and dispatched. Halaqah Online and PayPal are very vigilant about fraudulent reports about missing items and thus have certain measures in place to investigate all missing items. We appreciate your patience in this matter and ask that you respect and appreciate the limitations of the online/postal service we provide.

ALL REPORTS OF MISSING ITEMS MUST INCLUD THE ORDER ID AND HAVE MISSING ITEM IN THE HEADER. PLEASE DO NOT CALL HALAQAH FILMS FOR INFORMATION ABOUT HALAQAH SHOP ORDERS AS THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS ONLINE SHOP.
RETURNS
We cannot accept any returns on products purchased. Under certain circumstances we allow exchanges for other products. Products that arrive damage or are lost are replaceable. (with in the timeframe below).
SHIPPING
All physical products are shipped using standard post. The maximum time for a delivery (international or otherwise) is 14 days. If you have not received your item within this time period it is your responsibility to inform us of this event so we can investigate and determine if the item has been lost in the post (although items are rarely lost, it does occur). If items arrive damaged, it is again the customer’s responsibility within 7 days of receipt to inform us of this via our shop email. Most products are shipped from the UK. We do not have a telephone service, as Halaqah Online Shop is strictly an online service.
